Welcome to Nurturely, Nurturely+, and NurturelyX (collectively referred to as the "Services"). These Services are operated by Aberdeen Park LLC ("Aberdeen Park," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

  • Aberdeen Park LLC: The parent company overseeing all operations.

  • Nurturely: The primary brand offering perinatal wellness programs and educational resources.

  • Nurturely+: A white-labeled CRM platform built on HighLevel, tailored for house cleaning businesses and other service providers.

  • NurturelyX: A specialized service utilizing identity resolution technology for advanced lead generation and analytics.

Each brand operates under the umbrella of Aberdeen Park LLC but serves distinct functions and target audiences.

3. Subscription Agreement

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of these plans are available on our respective websites. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the terms associated with that plan.

3.3 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy below. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Within 30 Days: Full refund minus any usage fees for brand-new accounts. No questions asked.

  • 31 to 90 Days: Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. The customer must provide evidence supporting the refund request.

  • After 90 Days: No refunds will be issued.

Usage fees are calculated based on the resources consumed during the subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Sending unsolicited or unauthorized messages (spam) via email, SMS, or other communication channels.

  • Engaging in activities that harm or disrupt the Services or servers.

  • Using the Services for fraudulent or nefarious purposes.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Usage Abuse: Any account found to be abusing the Services, including but not limited to misuse of email, SMS, AI, or voice functionalities, will be terminated immediately without notice.
